EDMOND, Okla. - The West Texas A&M men's golf team competed in the first and second rounds of the UCO/Kickingbird Classic on Monday, ending play in 15th place overall.

Junior Jon Musser, who ranked as the top WT golfer of the day, sits in 36th place individually after firing a first round 73 before following with a second round total of 78 for a day one total of 151. Redshirt freshman Colin Cruz (75-76=151), who is competing as an individual during the event, is also tied with Musser in 36th place.

Glibert, Ariz., native Brandon Holub ranks 60th overall with a two-round score of 156, just a shot up on teammate Geoff Phemister (79-78=157) and two ahead of Roy Holdeman (77-81=158).

Junior Tanner White rounded out the WT contingency at the event, ending Monday in 84th place with a total score of 165.

The UCO/Kickingbird Classic will continue on Tuesday with the tournament's third and final round.
