Robert Lee Selected to Participate in DII All-Star Game

CANYON, Texas - Following a standout senior campaign for the West Texas A&M men's basketball team in which he captured Lone Star Conference South Player of the Year and All-Region honors, Robert Lee has bee select to complete in the NABC/NCAA Division II All-Star Game which will be held Friday, March 28, at the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame in Springfield, Mass.

The All-Star Game will match an East All-Star Team (with 10 student-athletes from the NCAA East, Northeast, South and South Atlantic regions) against a West All-Star Team (with 10 student-athletes from the NCAA Great Lakes, North Central, South Central and West regions).

The student-athletes and coaches selected to participate are:

The All-Star Game will be part of NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Elite Eight which will be held March 26, 27 and 29 at the MassMutual Center in Springfield, Mass.

Last season, WT had another standout participate in the event as Damien Lolar earned the recognition following an All-American senior season..
